اخصائي تأمينات علي الحياه براتب 3400 للعمل في المعادي one of the largest insurance company is hiring Individual life Operation Specialist Roles &Tasks  Receive applications from agents and company branches, and ensuring all information is correctly filled and needed documents and down payments are in place according to Company standards.  Record applications data into the relevant system.  Make recommendations on the acceptance of the risk if within company underwriting limit or referring the case to re-insurers if outside of these limits.  Request additional medical/non-medical data when required and assessing findings.  Derive final acceptance rates and notifying Sales Agents in the case of non-standard cases with issuing counter offers based on new rates.  Communicate with the Sales Agents as needed.  Maintain effective filing.  Issue clients’ letters relevant to the Policy Services activities.  Screen and check all simple claims for completeness of data or documentation.  Assess the validity of claims against product type, contracts and conditions of policies.  Deliver primary decision in simple claims and refer to the Department Head according to authority limits and reporting line process.  Calculate primary claim settlement amounts and coordinate with the Finance Department for implementation whenever needed.  Ensure effective follow-up on documents and data required to finalize outstanding claims whenever needed.  Communicate and follow up with the sales team on claims whenever needed. Qualification :  Males Only  University degree.  0-1 years of experience (Fresh Graduates most welcome )  Good knowledge of insurance operations and re-insurance.  Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners.  Excellent time management and organization skills.  Good computer skills.
